One of the most notable successes of the company came in September of 2004 when it released to the computer market the ACECAD DigiMemo. This product was the first digital notepad that came with a built-in memory. It also omitted the need for specialized paper and a computer system for the capturing and saving of handwritten notes. The stored notes can be utilized by the user by viewing, modifying, organizing, and sending the data to other users of the Microsoft Windows Operating System platform.

DigiMemo can be linked by the user to a computer system which will allow for the synching of information between the device and the computer machine. The device is has a USB interface and takes the form of a tablet device for the Microsoft Windows environment. By default, the DigiMemo has a storage capacity of 32MB which allows for temporary storage of data prior to the synching with either a desktop or mobile computer system.

The Digital Inking Pen is another breakthrough product from Ace Cad that can be implemented as a complimentary device to the DigiMemo product line series. The DigiMemo portfolio also covers other products like the DigiMemo Handwriting Recognition OCR Software which is used for digitizing the handwritten notes created with the DigiMemo. The digitized format can be used in relation with other software like Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook. Once digitized, the handwritten data can be easily integrated into any productivity application.

Another supplementary device is the Flair II USB Graphic Tablet which was designed to provide the user with drawing, signing, writing, and tracing functionality. This device can be utilized in relation with pictures, animation, sketches, clip arts, web designs, and retouching of images as well as photographs. The Flair II allows for the relatively easier performance of the previously mentioned actions compared to using the keyboard and mouse pointing device.

The DigiMemo device also has the PF100 and the PF200 in its product line. These are accessories to help protect the DigiMemo device and serve as a type of carrying case. Other accessories were also released into the market to help protect and enhance the usage of the DigiMemo.

The lucrative sales of the DigiMemo in various parts of the world was achieved in partnership with its retail partners like Big Camera, Yamada, Yodobashi, Fnac, Carrefour, Harvey Norman, RadioShack, Dixons Stores Group, PC World, PC Connection, J&R, DataVision, NewEgg, Amazon, Office Depot, TigerDirect, and Misco. In 2004, the DigiMemo received the Best Choice of COMPUTEX Taipei award in relation to Innovative Technology for 3C Products.
