The company maintains exclusive partnership with independent software developers for the creation of management support software for its various manufactured devices. Mainly catering to IP based hardware like IP cameras and video servers, the company’s products are classified into eleven product lines. These categories are Rackmount Kits, Video Decoders, Video Servers, IP Cube Cameras, IP Fixed Domes, IP Box Cameras, IP Bullet Cameras, IP Speed Domes, IP PTZ Cameras, Megapixel IP Cameras, and a software division relevant to the support for its entire product portfolio.

One of the notable releases of the company is the ACTi ACM 3400 megapixel IP dome camera series. This product represents the company’s latest product line which is intended for indoor deployment in environments like hotels, shops, banks, and similar establishments. The ACM 3400 product line provides the user with a comprehensive monitoring and surveillance solution covering areas like entrances and reception areas. The built-in 4.2mm megapixel lenses support a maximum 1.3 megapixel resolution. These products can be supported by two-way audio systems as a complimentary security application. This high performance device can properly function with minimum illumination requirement of 0.05 Lux at F1.8 day or night. ACM-1231 which was released in May 2008 is the newest ACTi megapixel IP camera that is equipped with an IR LED. This high performance device is capable of operating under zero Lux conditions while maintaining high quality video footages regardless of weather and lighting conditions.

The company also caters to customized surveillance system requirements based on client specifications. The company undertook the improvement of the surveillance system in the hall as well as the parking area of the Taipei City Government. The system was updated from the previous analog system to a digital one. The improvement done in August of 2008 included the installation of 30 pieces of ACM 1431 outdoor IR bullet cameras with additional five units of CAM-6510 IP speed dome. This hardware is supported by the company’s proprietary NVR software for the management and recording operation of the surveillance system.
