Description: Created in Taiwan in 1995 as a computer hardware designer and manufacturer, Adomax Technology Co. Ltd. became closely identified with keyboards, mice, and similar computer peripherals. The company maintains a manufacturing facility in the Zhao-Qing district in the province of Guangdong in China.

The plant which covers an area of 3,000 square meters and has a workforce of 600 employees with 20 production machines. This facility is largely responsible for supplying various computer accessories to various OEMs that have agreements with Adomax.

The manufacturing company is represented in its transactions by Marina Chen, the company’s Manager for Sales and Marketing. She is likewise partly responsible for attaining close to 90% annual export rates. As a result of this high export rate, the company achieved close to a million dollars in annual revenue. Company international trading is handled mostly by the Yushan Bank.

Adopting high standard quality control measures in conjunction with ample staff training gave the company a reputation for implementing the strictest standards in product manufacturing. This reputation allowed Adomax to establish strategic business agreements to allow it to sell various computer hardware produced by different IT companies. Some of the companies involved with Adomax are Justy, Samsung, Jujitsu, Hewlett-Packard, NEC, and LG.

As a proof of the company’s quality products and international business standards, it received the ISO 9002 certification awarded to professional production procedures and facilities. In the same manner, the Chinese National Government also provided the company with an A+ rating.

With its facilities, the company is capable of producing a maximum of 600,000 units of mice pointing device every month. The company has also undergone expansion of its product portfolio to keep up with the demands of the computer market including the innovations done by its competitors in the industry.

The company expansion resulted in the production of other accessories and peripherals including Bluetooth devices, earphones, card readers, PC cameras, and keyboard devices. The company has successfully established three other branches, two in mainland China and the other in Taiwan. The company caters to an international IT market with the bulk of its products delivered to OEMs in the Middle East, Europe, Korea, and Japan.

In the mouse pointing device category, the AM-2200 and the AM-2220 are two of its best selling products. The AM-2200 is a wireless mouse which features a single channel device operating on the 27MHz frequency with 256 ID Auto Scan capabilities. It also has low power consumption coupled with an automatic wake up function relying on the presence of two units of AA batteries.

The AM-2220 is the wired version of the AM-2200 optical mouse which is enclosed in a mini casing making it suitable for use with most mobile computer systems. The device is also capable of scanning speeds of up to 800cpi.
