Amac Tek has worked with Venture Company since 1998. It produces compact, lightweight MP3 players with various features, including USB host function, FM radio, voice recording, SD/MMC drive, playback mode and up to 512 MB internal memory.

Amac Tek showcases products which targets customers both young and old. Most noted among the models of MP3's is the HAN-230UEF which won the Good Design MarknAwards in 2002. It boasts of a compact design which only measures 60 x 60 x 15 mm, making it ideal to carry inside an average sized pocket providing their patrons with music even on when on the road. Although notably small, its LCD is sleek in design and can be easily read. The HAN-230UEF Manager which is one of their software programs comes in a bundle which is practically designed and pretty straight forward to use compared to other transfer applets.

It also features direct encoding from audio devices into an MP3 File. It has a function for voice recording which stored MPEG file. It has Real Time Recording with an FM Radio Tuner (15-Preset). It offers an LCD equipped with Back Light-Adjustable EQ mode and has an option for selected area repetition. One unique feature is the Text into Speech or TTS function for students' language study. It also has music title and multi-language support.

Some of their more popular products include HAN-250x, which is a Bar Type MP3 Player, HAN-320, which is another USB Type MP3 Player and lastly the HAN-830 which is a USB Host Type MP3 Player.
