Through this software, PCs of clients can be supervised by network managers. This leads Argon clients to needing lesser visits to a desktop and possibly the elimination of administering networked PCs – both of which are quite costly to clients. The Boot Agent was designed to be available in the form of a boot ROM chip. This is a binary type file to be integrated into a BIOS system. It can, however, also come as a bootable CD or floppy disk.

The company also produces PXE Server applications for turnkey desktop management applications. They provide custom software development services, consulting and training services to help customers use network booting to lower costs of Client ownership.
