When the company’s administration requirements grew, the three divided it among themselves. Richard Gross was designated president and was responsible for everything that is marketing and sales-related. He also handles the management and maintenance of the company’s relationships with OEMs.
Stephen Turner took the position of company vice president and is in charge of the overall technical responsibilities and development of the digital audio product line of the company.
Although Dr. Andrew Elder is not considered as of the company’s founders since he had joined the team one year after it was established, he has greatly contributed to the growth of the company.
