This leadership team is touted by the company as a fusion of both expertise and experience in the IT industry.

The adoption of the name Dale-Elec Memory (from Dale-Elec) is to promote and reference the main product of the company which is memory modules. This change in corporate name came at a time when the company refocused its resources in the distribution of memory cards that came with improved packaging for its products.

The company improved the packaging by making it more functional to the needs of customer base via the inclusion of tips and instructions on how to maximize usage of their products along with easier implementation methods. The company also began implementation of anti-theft and color coding procedures for its products.

The company provides its customers with guidelines to allow them the best product to suit their needs. Dane-Elec informs its clients to take into consideration factors like software compatibility, file types handles, and storage size required in choosing the right product for them. The improved packaging and company performance allowed them to venture into the markets of Spain, Turkey, Italy, Denmark, Israel, Germany, Dubai, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

The company’s France based subsidiary maintains the responsibility for the distribution of multimedia, mobility, telecommunications, and networking products to its various retailers in the region. On October 9, 2000 the company launched into the market the PhotoMate Combo and PhotoMate portable card reader product lines.

PhotoMate caters to CompactFlash memory card platforms while the PhotoMate Combo includes support for SmartMedia memory modules aside from the CompactFlash card.

In January 2007 the company arranged a strategic partnership with the advanced digital positioning technology company EPOS. The partnership introduced into the IT market the USB Flash Drive and Digital Pen products. These combination products allows users to write any data on virtually every surface with the USB Flash Drive initiating recording of the user’s input in real time.
