Description: 427 Integral Technologies, a company engaged in developing communications and electric power technologies, was established by William Robinson and William Ince. The company is principally based in Belingham, Washington.

The company’s management team is headed by William Robinson as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Other members of the executive group are William Ince as Vice Chairman and Chief Finance Officer and Thomas Aisenbrey as General Manager and Vice President for Product Development.

The company’s stocks are publicly traded on NASDAQ and by end of 2004; by then, Integral Technologies had more than 40 million outstanding common stocks. The company had engaged the services of several major financial institutions and management consultants to assist the company in managing its huge financial accounts.

These companies include the Wells Fargo Securities, LLC for Integral’s banking services, Wellington Management for the company’s fund raising programs through placement of its common stocks to the private sector and the Quanstar Group, LLC, a management group that would be acting as a virtual extension of Integral’s management group. The company also hired the services of the Preston Gates Ellis LLP to handle all of the company’s Integral Technologieslectual property concerns as well as any merger or acquisition that Integral would be delving into.

One of the technologies developed by Integral technologies is the patented PlasTenna technology. The technology is a combination of Integral’s proprietary formula of ordinary resins and conductive objects. The mixture of the two components produces a material that could be molded into various shapes.

With the product comes a resulting enhancement of frequency signals in terms of quality and strength thus allowing a manufacturer to produce wireless devices in the manner designed by the latter.

The PlasTenna can be integrated into various devices such as televisions, computers, cell phones and radio. Some have even used it as a body part for automobiles to get rid of the protruding antennas. At present, the PlasTenna Technology is used for cellular networks, global positioning and satellite systems, and other radio-based networks.

Integral Technologies further developed the PlasTenna Technology to come up with the ElectriPlast Technology. The company developed an electrically conducive resin-based material is also capable of being molded into different shapes and has a high conductance level that may even be higher than that of standard copper wires. Its lightweight feature also makes it very appropriate to be applied in the electrical systems of ea vessels, aircrafts and automobiles.

However, despite these developments, the company does not intent to mass produce ElectriPlast but instead, plans to have other manufacturers to produce it upon securing their respective licenses. With this plan, the company does not have to make any investment nor spend for equipments and inventories.
