Company Name: Integral Corporation

Description: Integral started out in June of 1987. It originally offered general computer consulting services to commercial banks, management psychology firms, and automotive service chains. It was only in 1993 that Integral became a computer reseller.

Integral’s decision to become a computer reseller was rooted in its mission – to improve the quality of the lives of clients through the efficient application of technology. Integral used to work only with equipments provided by its clients. If there were problems that needed fixing, they ran to computer dealers. By being a computer reseller, Integral is able provide its customers better service.

Two years after becoming a computer reseller, Integral was incorporated into Integral Corporation. This incorporation also marked the growth of Integral from being a virtual company which only subcontracts consultants to one which hires full time consultants.

As of 2008, Integral has five full time consultants. Then on, the company offers a wide range of computer services. Included in these services are Strategic Planning, Disaster Recovery Planning, onsite and remote Technical Support, and general computer advice.

Integral and its president, Sun Kwok, have received numerous awards and recognition through the years. Sun Kwok was once selected as “Entrepreneur of the Week” by the Minority Business Report on WGN-TV which aired on January 23, 1999. On May 10 of 2002, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce awarded Integral Corporation the Small Business of the Year Award. And in April 2003, integral bagged the 2003 Annual Awards for Business Excellence which was sponsored by Business Ledger.

Integral provides consumers with a wide range of PC, networking, support, and Internet services. It offers a full line of computer products including Personal Computers, Servers, and Notebooks. The PCs of Integral are equipped with Intel motherboards and processors, Kingston Memory, and Western Digital hard drives among others. Its servers include hot-swap power supplies, hard drives, and Intel Xeon processors.

Integral also puts into market products of 3Com, Adaptec, Ascend, Belkin, Cisco, Compaq, Corel, Creative Labs, Diamond, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Intel, Iomega, Microsoft, NEC, Novell, Plextor, Samsung, Seagate, Sony, Symantec, Toshiba, US Robotics, Western Digital, and Xircom.
