The company JMTek had a merger with a company called Netac in January 2003. Netac is considered as the biggest provider of different mobile storage devices in the world. This made the JMTek market wider and their products more advanced as well.

Aside from this merger, JMTek also had partnered with various industries. Adobe, Anonymizer, Microsoft, M-Systems, Hewlett Packard, J&R, McAfee, PC World, Costco, AMD, PCMall, Coca-Cola, Amazon.com are just some of the big names that had close partnerships with the JMTek.

JMTek is also known to have a close association with OTi. This company is the exclusive supplier of different chipsets for JMTek’s data backup devices and units.
