Description: NetMos Technology is an IT company involved in the development and manufacturing of PCI interface products for various computer platforms. In 2001, the company was acquired by the India based semiconductor company MosChip and was renamed NetMos Technology to MosChip Semiconductor Technology, USA which is a wholly owned subsidiary of MosChip India.

Established sometime in 1999, the company employs 118 personnel, with 91 of them being engineers. IPO was done in 2000 to 2001 with a merger involving Verasity Technologies Inc. executed in 2003. The company has various products that are based on its expertise in the field of engineering that provides communication interface for IEEE 1394, USB, PCI, Device Drivers, PLL, Serial Parallel, Transceivers, System on a Chip, and Embedded Firmware.

Company management is headed by Chairman & CEO K Ramachandra Reddy with ample support from Managing Director C Dayakar Reddy, Chief Operating Officer Bhanu Nanduri, Vice President for Marketing Vamshi Kandalla, and Chief Financial Officer Sathya Kalyanasundaram. Probably the only fables semiconductor corporation to be associated with India, the Silicon Valley corporate office provides marketing and customer support aside from product intelligence.

Being a world class fables semiconductor corporation, the company essentially concentrates on the design and distribution of its hardware devices that are implemented on semiconductor component chips. In this context, company products are primarily designed in India, fabricated in Taiwan’s world class fabs, and finally distributed throughout the world via the US corporate office.

In recent years, the company organized an engineering team tasked to concentrate on designing end products that can function across varied operating systems, including multiple platforms with varying system hardware configurations. Out of this effort, there are currently seventeen products undergoing volume production and customer sampling. These products are mainly designed for the IPSec, USB, and PCI computer architectures.

The company has also established partnership with Faraday Technology Corporation which is considered as the leading fables ASIC and silicon IP vendor in the computer market. This partnership will allow access to Faraday’s IP portfolio which basically includes Memory Compiler, 10/100 Ethernet, PCI Express, Serial ATA, MPEG4, ARM compliant CPU, Cell Library, DDRII, and H.264 among others.
