Nogatech Inc. had a market acclamation for producing Integrated Circuits which could be accessed by our PCs with the help of the USB present in the PC. This was done with the help of image processing and compression techniques.

On October 2000, there was a merge of Zoran Corporation and Nogatech. This merger agreement made it clear that they would combine their Internet Appliance markets and Video Capturing and streaming markets. From then onwards, Nogatech has been functional with Zoran Corporation.
