Sreejith is involved with JP Morgan Chase primarily as "front to back" trading operations support and front office tool automation. He is involved in tactical development and scripting. Sreejith's automation platform for front office tools and spreadsheets has been deployed by JP Morgan worldwide. He also developed tools for monitoring the stability and integrity of machines used in their trade as they run critical applications.

Sreejith is very knowledgeable both in computer hardware and Windows software. He writes scripts for the automation of tedious and repetitive tasks. He is also involved in Web applications and database development using market data.

From December 2005 to January 2007, Sreejith worked as a software engineer at Simplex Solutions Limited, a consultation firm providing system integration services to various organizations and businesses. He was involved in technical support during his stay with Simplex Solutions. He was also an engineer at Sify Limited from July 2004 to December 2005 where he was in the Network Control Group in Bangalore. From September 2002 to September 2003, Sreejith worked with Brigade Corporation primarily as support for HP and Compaq computers.

Some of his notable programs include Partition Rescue v1.0, XConsole and Undeletion Wizard v1.1.

Partition Rescue v1.0 lets the users back up the partition system to a rescue disk which can be used to boot the system and recover files from the damaged partition. XConsole allows the users to create customized keyboard shortcuts to various functions such as launching programs, increasing and decreasing sound volume, initializing screen savers, and even opening and closing the CD tray. Undeletion Wizard v1.1 is a very useful program that can recover deleted files. It has a search function that allows the user to search for deleted files by specifying the file name or file extension. However, this program is currently possible only with hard disks formatted with fat32 partitions.

Sreejith also writes programs for the Linux operating system such as Tarang, an audio mixer, and Splitit, a program for splitting files.
