The company is recognized for its laptop computers such as the Intel Platform 15.4” Series, Intel Platform, 14.1" Series, and the Intel Platform, 12.1" Series.
In server manufacturing, it is noted for its product called the Blade Server. It is a top performer because of its reduced space and energy requirements. Equally impressive is their KVM Solution product which allows remote access tfor up to thousands of servers.
One of the recent products of the company include the design and manufacture of the Classmate PC for Intel, with a unique feature of having a touch-screen panel that could be rotated.
On December 2005, Quanta Computer, Inc. was selected as the partner for the government’s “One Laptop per Child” policy and for a period of a little over one year, the company had received requests for one million units of notebook computers.
