In 1995, Ricoh Company, Ltd. purchased the Savin Corporation.

The Savin Corporation collection of digital imaging products include machines under the categories of Savin Black and White Multifunction printers that make office tasks simpler by offering a wide range of document processing options in one machine, such as copy, fax, and scanning functions. Models are offered in compact to full-feature systems.

Another model is the Savin Color Multifunction printers that offer high-powered color prints along with the same multi functioning capabilities as the Black and White model.

One of their more in demand models is the Savin Production Printing systems that are meant to produce a vast number of pages in one job, which minimizes downtime between pages.

Savin Digital Duplicators, another Savin’s model allow the user to publish using computer connectivity. This reduces the costs of paper and ink. Duplicators are used mainly in high traffic, fast paced areas such as businesses and schools.

Savin has won a number of awards from the years of 2005-2008 for every one of their product categories. Such award titles include “Pick of the Year”, “Editor’s choice”, and “Highly Recommended”.

Today Savin has built up a checkerboard of 250 service centers and offices located around the United States. Their annual posted revenue amounts to around $675 million U.S. dollars.
