A year later, in 1998, Allied Data Technologies attained Bausch Company and created a name in the industrial industry. With the acquisition of the two companies, Tornado and Bausch, a change of name is needed. In September of 1999 arouse the company name Allied Data Technologies representing the Tornado brand and other technology brands under the company.
