Touchmate is one of the largest companies located in UAE. Touchmate is also part of the Quality Group of Companies. It is one of the 7 other companies that are located all over the world. Touchmate also established an office in Hong Kong to handle its household appliances division.

The company offers a number of computer peripherals, hardware and accessories. Over 850 products are being sold by the company under the Touchmate brand name. It exports its devices to over 52 countries. The import materials are shipped in consistent batches from the Jebel Ali Free Zone distribution hub. The company also ships its products from a distribution and manufacturing facility in China.

There are several kinds of products made and sold by Touchmate. This list includes: data care software, CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-ROM and combo optical drives, Computer accessories including screen filters, gel pads and mouse pads, USB products like MP3 players and USB memory drives, UPS devices, computer cables, CDRs, Notebook bag, CD storage products, Keyboards, computer furniture, computer mousse, digital cameras, monitors and LCD screens, cases and servers, headphones, speakers and home theaters and personal computers

The company recently ventured into telecommunications. Touchmate released a mobile phone in 2007 that measured a mere 3 x 9 centimeters. It only weighed 99 grams. The phone also supported playing mp3 and mp4 media files. The design for the product featured a Swarovski diamond crystal design. It was called the Diamond Cam Mobile. It was distributed via Touchmate’s own retail outlets and other retail shops like Computer Centre-Sharjah, CompuMe and Sharaf DG. Touchmate has also recently released a notebook computer just for the local region.
